Yes that should work.

License allows you to install on as many machines as you need as long as you are the single user using it...

In other words, install Help Builder program in my local computer at work and have the data file on the shared drive? Then also install Help Builder in my home computer and access the same data from 2 different locations?

Yes you can, but there may be some features (namely the .NET related imports) that might require you to run as an administrator. It's best to install the app on a local drive to avoid potential network security issues for all features.

You can share help projects on shared drives, but make sure whatever folders you use have permissions to allow any user that's accessing those folders full read/write permissions.

Can I install HTML Help Builder on a Server with a mapped letter drive?
for example: H:\\directory\subdirectory?

And if so, is it multiuser or single user? Can to people work on the same project?

Thank you
