I have never had a problem in the past either. I have been trying both that email and support@eques.com. I'll try a post here in the XFRX forum. Thanks.

We do have an XFRX forum here. Not sure how often Martin checks here but you might try posting there.
Martin is usually really good about support, so maybe emails are bouncing? What email are you using?

XFRX has a com object for previewing pdf's as show at www.eqeus.com/x/net. However I have not been able to contact thyeir support for several weeks. If anyone has this they could give me, I can provide proof of my current XFRX license.
