Strange VFP 9 IDE Behavior in Windows 7

I just ran into a very annoying problem using VFP 9 in Windows 7. All off the dropdown menus in the IDE drop up, instead of down. This makes navigating through class methods and form controls impossible. Has anybody else ever had this behavior?
