'GeneratedSourceFile' folder yet included in application's executable

are files in "GeneratedSourceFile" folder yet included in application's executable, or I have to copy the "GeneratedSourceFile" folder on server?
For example, my EXE is in the wconnect folder and WC files (I use script map WC) are in MyAppSource subdirectory.
I create a wconnect folder to server, that copy the following files into it:
wwIpStuff.dll
zlib1.dll
wwImaging.dll
msvcr71.dll
console.EXE
MyApp.EXE
MyApp.INI
MyAppSource\
Scripts\
Templates\
Tools\
Please, is this correct?
