I does make sense, although a number of files are shared across all my apps, i.e. menu files or my own js fuinctions.
Be aware that these files are shared by all applications.
If you're looking at adding custom CSS and/or JS that would not fit in xxx.css or xxx.js, I might prefer add a method in awServer.prg!awProcess class where you can specify the URLs of the additional files you want to include to your form pages.

Enhancement request:
The 4 .inc files foxincloud.css.dev.inc etc. are overwritten during an FiC install. I suggest a file like wwconnect_override which could have additions in it that will not be overwritten.
