Did you recently update your Help Builder version?
If so then you need to make sure you update your templates as well. We've changed the way the rendering works for the index page. So at the very least make sure you update wwhelp.js in your project's templates folder.
If you're using the stock templates then you might just update all templates:
Note that if you've customized templates you want to make sure you consolidate your templates after the update - a backup folder is created of the old templates.
Hope this helps,

I recently migrated my HTML Help Builder files from a Windows XP machine to a Windows 7 machine, and installed the HTML Help Builder program on the new machine. Now, after I Build and FTP my Help Builder Project, Child Topics do not appear under the associated Headers in the Contents Window when viewed on the server. The Contents window displays correctly in the editing mode, but not when viewing the Help file on the web.
When I use the "search" option, topics containing the search phrases show - so I know the files have uploaded, but I really need that contents list to show, so that our users have access to the full help file without having to use the search.
I have reinstalled the software, and am at a loss. I am sure that I missing a template file of some sort, and thought that the reinstall would resolve that, but the issue persists.
Any help is much appreciated.
Thank you,
Cathy Hinek
