I'd like to run the site on my dev machine the same way that it will run on the client's server. I've usually gotten this to work, but would love it if CONSOLE.EXE could create the site instead of only being able to select from sites already created. Also, some docs on this would be good since I've sometimes wondered if the site setup problems I've encountered were related to the way I go about getting this to work.
