I would like to use Web Control Framework with a free visual tool of development.
Can I use the free Microsoft Visual Web Developer? what version is better: 2005, 2008 or 2010?
Is any Express version of Microsoft Visual Studio free? and is a sufficient tool for Web Control Framework development?
