did you check this?

Server Extension Not Registered
IIS 6 and later requires that all 'executables' - like wc.dll or webconnectionmodule.dll - are registered with IIS as executable extensions. If they are not you get a 404 error. Extensions like wc.dll are configured at the machine configuration level in the IIS Management console. In IIS 6 there's a separate Service Extensions node in the main treeview. In later versions of IIS it is configured off the Machine node aas ISAPI and CGI Restrictions. Make sure your DLL (wc.dll typically) is registered there and pointing at the correct path. Note that if you have multiple applications you may need multiple entries in this restriction list

Ok, but which file do i need to verify if exists ? When i call main.sup which page i try to load ?

http://www.west-wind.com/webconnection/docs/_32r0no329.htm
please browse west-wind documentation for support

Same problem

what if you type
localhost/acutsupport/main.sup
directly ?

Nothing changes..

please try to uncheck "URL sopra ..."

can you post the properties form of index.htm showing the redirection?

Michele,
As you know, supporting requires detailed information on the steps performed
please post the IIS form where you set the redirection
thnks

I think to have done all the steps correctly, but when i start my app (in file mode) the app starts, but when i call the page from the browser (localhost/acutsupport) the page is correctly redirected to localhost/acutsupport/main.sup, but i have a 4040 http error. The page is not found.......what did i forget ?

Please help it is very urgent i need to make this server available asap.....
