I had a similar experience to Rick's last year, so I am also asking for a show of hands.
Last year we offered separately from the conference, on either the day before or day after, beginning and advanced training for FoxInCloud. We did not have enough signups so we cancelled, then the week before the conference I received several signup requests. By that time it is too late, given the need to reserve rooms etc. At the acual conference I had more people say they had wanted to reserve but we cancelled on them.
So reply here or via email tuvia at vmgr.com. You can get an idea of the FiC content at www.vmgr.com/swfox.html. That site was a plan that included more than the FiC days, but you can get an idea by scrolling down to the FiC schedule/content.
