I'm using Visual Studio 2012. If you just want it for an HTML editor it might be overkill, but it's very nice in terms of what it provides for HTML5, CSS and JavaScript intellisense. Even if you're not using the new Web Connection 5.0 Web COntrol Framework the editors are extremely productive as code only editors.
For standalone, I also like WebStorm from JetBrains...
Neither of these are visual editors but rather great for heads down code editing.
