The answer is Visual Studio 2012 :-)
VS2012 is more stable and provides better HTML tools than previous versions and is leaner and faster to load as well... VS2010 is better than 2008 - there were lots of editor enhancements that improved on 2008, but if you're going to upgrade the 2012 upgrade has the most significant improvements that actually significantly help in HTML editing.

I am still on Windows XP. Please what tool is better for development with Web Connection: Visual Studio 2008 or 2010?
I am using Visual Studio 2008 Pro, but now I have the opportunity to change to 2010, however I am not sure if it is a good choice.
