Using the Helpbuilder to "point" to technical manuals and documents. Works great been using for awhile. Have one user today that is going to the wrong manual! If I restart the machine and log in as myself (administrator) it works fine, log in as him and I bring up an old version of the document. Have navigated to the location of the correct file logged in as him and can display it. Go back to the help file and no joy....Flushed DNS, reset IP address, thrown abusive language at it! 8-) All to no avail. Have had the person responsible for the help file email the link to this users email address, will look and see what it brings up.
In the interim has anyone ever seen this?
