I think you need to get wwc com self-registration to work. And I think it's a dll instead of the regular exe. There are instructions somewhere on this site. Let us know how smoothly it goes. If it works it means you can use low cost web hosts and not limited to just discountASP.net.

I am enthusiast to have found a host service in order to develop applications for my customers without their own servers.
Usually I have to run CONSOLE.EXE and "Configure Server" to configure a customer's server for a Web Connection application.
Do I have to run the same tool to configure Discount ASP.NET's website, or are there other ways to do it?
Thanky very much again

Yes that should work, but you should ask specifically about support for FULL TRUST.

I've used Discount ASP.NET before to host a Web Connection site... but make sure you check for Full Trust. Plan availability may have changed...

Dear friends,
please, does this service match all needs to host a West Wind Web Connection application?

Is the Base Web Hosting Plan enough to a Web Connection using FoxPro free tables?
Do I have to run CONSOLE.EXE - Configure Server to configure website, or are there other ways?
Thank you very much for support

Luca,

Web Connection requires that Visual FoxPro is installed on the server (unless you use self-registered hosting covered here) and that limits where you can host your Web Connection applications somewhat.

Most folks here either host in-house, or use co-location as Kevin suggested which means you have your own server or virtual machine that hosts a full version of Windows.

Hi Rick,
in your Web Connection Application Hosting Services webpage you show only 3 ISPs:

1) the third ISP showed (Custom Hosting Solutions by Wi Inc.) has no link
2) are these the only ISPs I can suggest to my customers for hosting applications developed with WC?

Thank you

Dea Rick,
to install a web application I had to run Setup wizard on the customer's server, put the executable, configure the application...
I was able to install the web application because the customer has an own server.
But how to install, configure and deliver a web application to a customer without a server?
Thank you very much
