You should never write code specifically for IE - that'll almost guarantee it won't work on other browsers.

To access the document just use document without any other type prefix. It's a global object.

A relatively simple function that dynamically writes out the html for a menu.
Chrome does not recognize the .document properly.

I've researched and found a couple of posts that lead me to believe dynamically writing to the object as done below is no longer allowed.

I hope there is a simple work around as I have spent a chunk of time converting from VbScript to JavaScript and everything is working properly in IE 8.0. :D

function GenerateMenu() {for ( DocumentWriteCounter = 0; DocumentWriteCounter < MenuSet.length; DocumentWriteCounter++ ) menubar.document.write( MenuSet[ DocumentWriteCounter ].HTML ); }
