I was going to reply to you yesterday but my Outlook.pst file became corrupted and I got immersed in trying to resurrect it.
Anyway, it seems the problem I wrote about was an issue with Norton Security. It's ok now after some tinkering with Norton.
There are several things which can get in the way aren't there?
