What are you doing, where are you running from? What version of the runtime? Are the DLLs in scope?

I am getting an error as follows:
"Unable to load wwDotNetBridge: Unable to load Clr Instance. The module '%1' was expected to contain an assembly manifest."
Do you have any idea what might be causing this error?
