Yes that's a known bug. It's actually fixed if you manually reinstall the latest version from the Web site. The version there is newer, but it hasn't auto-updated for a few internal reasons. The update includes the fixes to make the bug form and a few other small issues work correctly.

I can't figure out how to look at older messages (aside from Search, which didn't come up with anything), to see if anyone else has reported this, so I'll just go ahead with posting this as a bug: Using Help Builder v4.67, clicking on Help/Report a Bug or Make an enhancement request gives the following error:
An Application Error has occurred
An unexpected error has occurred during the operation of Help Builder. The following error information is available:
Variable 'WWHELP_VERSION' is not found.
System Error # 12
We're logging the error and you can now do one of the following:
Continue running the application
Exit the application
Report the problem to us via a Web Service
If I click on Report Bug, I get a different window that also says, "Variable 'WWHELP_VERSION' is not found."
