Repeater Databinding

This works, but what I am trying to achieve is like this:

The Repeater needs to show a Cursor I create with some text fields and a DropDown list with say, States, like you have done. My question is about how to set this up so that the "Current State" comes from the cursor driving the Repeater, with options coming from the lookup source.

In my 'old' version that works, the options come from an ASP list in the markup. How would I get this to work here do you think?
