Hi Steve,Have you recently upgraded your Help Builder version?
If you have make sure you copy the latest templates and - more importantly scripts - to your project. There have been changes to the way the tree is created and rendered - it requires additional scripts and jquery to work and for that to work the scripts need to be updated.
You can update all templates via the Help Builder Update Templates option, but this will overwrite all your templates (it creates a backup though from which you can sync back if necessary).
Most likely you'll only need to update wwhelp.js, wwhelp_edit.js, jquery.min.js and tableofcontents.wcs.

I did a "Build" on a help project that has been working for years.
When doing a Local Web Preview the Topic Tree doesn't work. Clicking on the + to expand a topic causes the entire topic to disappear from the tree. (have tried Chrome, FireFox and IE browsers and all have the same issue)
To see this behavior you can:
1. Go to our test site: http://lmstest.simplydigi.com/ets/login.aspx
2. Login as user: help password: builder
3. Point mouse at Help (upper right corner)
4. Click Online Admin Guide (Help Builder Created help opens in a separate window)
5. Click on the + associated with any topic
Can anyone help me resolve this issue?
My system:
HTML Help Builder Version 4 (Build 4.675)
