Go to the Tools | Options | Administration page and check the Enable Visual Studio .NET 2008 checkbox. If it is checked, uncheck and re-check. You'll have to restart Visual Studio to the see the add-in on startup.

Hello, I just installed the help builder demo, including the add in for Visual studio but I can't see, under help in VS, the connectiont to help builder in order to have the softwares integrated as show in the tutorial video. What's wrong? by the way, I use VS 2008. thanks,
