Isn't that the way all software should be managed? :-)I know I'm being snarky knowing how hard it is to get fixes with most products, but to me there is nothing better than a good bug report that has a fixable solution - it's an easy way to improve your product and make a customer happy.

Just yesterday FoxInCloud replied to a post of mine confirming a bug, and I told them my client needed it, and this morning in my mailbox was a complete build with the fix!
As my kids would say "that really rocks." (That is good.)
