Does that mean it is either/or; if the waitpic is displayed then the opacity is not relevant?
Form enlightens when any user event triggered AJAX request is under way.
Intended to let user see that something's happening if developer decides not to show, or to delay display of, the AJAX wait pic.
The lower the value the brighter the form, the more visual impact on user.
