VFP presents this error whenever you try to reattach a project to Team Foundation Server AFTER you have previously attached/detached.
"SCC API error "File already exists"
To resolve: Remove your "Local Workspace" from TFS.
1. VFP, Tools, Run Microsoft Team Foundation Server MSSCCI provider.
2. This launches "Team Explorer" in Microsoft Visual Studio.
3. VS, File, Source Control, Workspaces, Remove.
4. Attach your VFP project again with no errors.
If anyone knows how to load all the project files without VFP prompting to check-in every file, please post.
