wwHttp works fine for REST calls.
Certificates with WinInet are a pain in the ass. But you can specify the nClientCertificateIndex if a certificate is requested:

I need to post REST requests (post and gets), so I was looking for some sample code along those lines. I assume wwhttp will work, but I didn't see anything regarding sending certificates. Is there some sample code out there I could use as a guide?
