wwHttp managing cookies automatically?

I am using the wwHttp class from http://www.west-wind.com/webconnection/wwclient_docs/
It seems to be managing cookies on it's own, and I'd like to know how to disable that functinoality. The problem is that I can't get the cookie value out of .cHttpHeaders before or after HttpGet.
Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.
