The link works for me... Not sure what could have happened.
The code that runs through .NET uses Unicode so as long as you can represent the characters in FoxPro's CodePage, they'll get passed through to SendMail.
And you can send both HTML and Text as well using Alternate Views.

I tried to access a full "listing" of features of the wwIpStuff SendMail and was unable too .. http://store.west-wind.com/item.aspx?sku=wwipstuff50 - 404 not found
BUT ..
Just curious, does the latest version of SendMail support French characters in the subject line AND an HTML and TEXT versions in the same email message?
