Thanks very much for posting all details about this issue.
we recently changed the CLASSMOD index expression - issue might be related to previously Deleted records holding the same index key.
If ever you can reproduce the error, it might be useful to send us the *-Awadapter-Test*.* files that sit next to your project.
We'll look closer at that.
I am getting an error when using the adapt button. I am not sure what to do to fix.
